The purpose of the podcast is to promote the exposure of differing ideas, and to educate listeners through casual conversation with the people who hold them.

Sydney is a comedian, storyteller, and nationally-ranked professional debater, with an MFA in creative nonfiction.
She was a faculty member at The Second City in Chicago from 2017- 2023, where she assisted in the development of their standup, storytelling, and public speaking curriculums, and performed in showcases regularly.
She has also performed on stages including, but not limited to: The Laugh Factory, The Comedy Bar, Zanies, Dangerfield's, The Apollo, and more.
Her standup comedy special "TRASH" is available for streaming on Amazon Prime.
